"Over a holiday weekend I ordered pilasters, clips and nails. They were the only site that had them in stock with reasonable shipping. Unfortunately I didn't order the right amount and couldn't call because they were closed. The next workday I got 2 emails responding to my problem. The items arrived quickly and were well packaged. Well done!"
"I ordered some hinges for my kitchen cabinet. I received NO confirmation of the order, but only a spammy email asking me to sign up for coupons. Really? Just send me my receipt! But, nooooooo, they don't do that. So, I had to go to their website and log in to my account to download a copy of the receipt.
That should have been my first indication that these guys were shady.
I placed the order Christmas Eve, because, well, that's when my cabinet door hinge broke. Four days later, I received a large box (2'x4'--much larger than needed for a couple of hinges that were only about two inches--not feet--square.) I opened the box, and there was a large trigger clamp device inside, along with my invoice for the two hinges. But, alas, no hinges in the box. I thought, "Okay, the elves have been imbibing in the eggnog too much, and someone put the wrong product in the wrong box and sent it to the wrong address."
So, I called the company and got voice mail, so I left a message. Their voice mail says they will get back to you the next business day.
The next day WAS a business day, but I decided to wait until the New Year holiday had passed in case there were folks on vacation. Once again, after the holiday, I called. Voice mail again. So I then emailed customer support which, according to their website, they say will respond within a day.
Jan 4th, I was still checking my email (including Spam and Junk folders) and NOTHING. Trying to assume the best (I know; I'm a sucker), I thought perhaps the email got lost in cyberspace. So, I sent yet another email early morning on Jan.
It is now almost the end of the day on January 5th and STILL NOTHING.
Geez. You'd think they would at least want the $40 trigger clamp back. I'm sure another customer paid for that and did not receive it.
TL;DR: This organization is either shady or incompetent, I'm not sure which. But either way, steer clear!"
"Woodworkerexpress is not "express", timely or user friendly. Ordered drawer slides and locking devices 4/3/2022. The order confirmation indicated delivery in pieces dated Oct 2022 through Jan 2023. I called and canceled the order by phone and reordered and received the same product from another vendor immediately. I then received this order Oct 27, 2022, 6 1/2 months later. I requested a return authorization and asked for it to be prepaid as I had cancelled the order and it was 6 1/2 months later. They said they had no record of the cancellation, ignored my request for a prepaid return and required me to pay the return shipping charges. It took 2 calls to receive the RMA authorization. If you need to burn time in an unproductive effort.... this is the place for you.

"I ordered some cabinet hardware from Woodworkers Express. Most of the items showed up in a reasonable amount of time; however that hinge clips did not. I was told that they were on back order. I called several times to check on the status and was told that they couldn't give me a delivery date. After four months of waiting, I called again and was told that they had some in. I asked if I was going to get mine finally and they couldn't tell me. After waiting another week it was obvious that they weren't going to ship my any. These are inexpensive clips and it wasn't worth their money to ship them since I had already paid for the shipping. I had to order them from another source, and pay quite a bit more, since these included shipping costs that I had already paid to Woodworkers Express.
These folks will cheat you, if it makes a buck for them. Stay away. They are on my list of vendors never to buy from again. "

"I was looking for a lazy susan that was "out of stock" at 3 major suppliers and countless online storefronts. I needed this accessory for a project that was to be installed in one week's time. Woodworkerexpress.com let me place the order, but I was doubtful that it would actually ship. I truly thought that I would receive a follow up message stating that the order status was delayed because of lack of inventory. But to my (happy) surprise, not only did they have it in stock but it shipped from their warehouse the next business day and we received it with days to spare!"
