"I changed manual close hinges to soft close on all my kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors. Dawn is the associate who helped me; I gave her the brand names, size, and model number of the existing hinges and she found the replacement soft close hinges. The contractor who did the original work on our cabinets used a different brand hinge in the 2 bathrooms with 3 different sizes and a different brand in the kitchen. I didn't realize until I removed the hinges from the bathroom cabinetry that they all had different sizes and naturally. I called Dawn a second time to order the correct sizes for the bathroom cabinetry and naturally, the one of the sizes I need is discontinued. Dawn was able to find correct size replacement hinges in the soft close for the bathrooms.
