"Hello; fistly I need to say that it is bit absurd the way you present the feedback form; it says that "you can leave a positive comment here..." You want to have a feedback only if positive..of cource like everyone; but for that I think you need to perform your part first so that the feedback has entitelement to be positieve. I have ordered samples so far (with intention to use some or all of the purchased products later as bulk) but must say that you have had a lot of mistakes over the products itself + delivery (even if the problem occurrs by your delivery partner you are at the end at responsible like they have told me to) + delivery arrives at every time in cardboard box without any protection (covered with dust, cardbord pieces and cold/moist). That consider a huge reliability risk taking cosideration that those are products paid by the customer. And in any case that kind of packing reflects a total careless aditude and lack of respect for your customer. I see that as a big problem. The biggest problem with products itself has been INCONSISTENCY WITH REMOVABLE LABELLING AND LABELLING ITSELF ON THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE MOST OBIESLY MENT TO BE RELABELLED! THERE HAS BEEN DIRECT MISTAKES (WRONG DISCRIPTION SAYING THAT PRUDUCTS HAVE REMOVAMBLE LABELS) AND INCONSISTENCY INSIDE SAME PRODUCTS; SOME OF THE PRODUCTS HAS REMOVAMBLE LABEL SOME AT THE SAME PRODUCTS NOT! THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE/PROBLEM FOR RESELLERS! AND LET´S TALK ABOUT THE FACE MASK (BUILD MY BRAND); INSIDE THESE 10 PC THERE ARE INCONSISTENCY AT SIZING; THERE ARE SOME OVERLY HUGE MASKS AMONG THE PATCH!!! SECONDLY; THERE ARE SOLID, ATTACHED SOME 7 LAYER LABELLING PUNCH INSIDE THE MASK?!!! I MEAN WHAT THE ...? ARE YOU CHOKING? THIS IS A PRODUCT NAMED; BUILD MY BRAND.... THE NAME ITSELF ALREADY REFERS THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE MENT TO BE IMPLEMENTED UNDER OWN BRANDS...AND THE NYLON SOLID LABELLING PUNCH INSIDE THE FACAL MASK...WHAT IS THAT ABOUT? THIS IS UNTOLERABLE AND REFLECTS TOTAL LACK OF QUALITY CONTROR OVER THE PRODUCTION AND HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
SUMMARY: I RECIEVED THE DELIVERY ONE WEEK TOO LATE (THIS HAPPENED ALREADY AT THE LAST TIME) CAUSE OF THE POST NORD (YOUR PARTNER) DID NOT DELIVER THE GOODS TO ME ON TIME; THEY HAD STAND AGAIN AT THE COLD WAREHOUSE OVER A WEEK WITHOUT ANYONE HAD INFORMED ME! I NEEDED TO START A PORSESS MYSELF AFTER I SAW THAT THE DELIVERY HAD ARRIVED AND TURNED AWAY (NO CONTACT EVER HAD REACH ME BY THE POST NORD ABOUT THE DELIVERY); THIS WAS CAUSING ME THE LOSS OF APROX. 300e (OVER ONE WEEK DELAY) CAUSE I HAD BOOKED MEETINGS OVER THE PRODUCTS IMPLEMENTATION ETC. AND TOP OF THAT I LOST ONE WEEKS WORKING HOURS....I HAVE REPORTED OVER THIS TO POST NORD BUT THEY DO NOT HOLD RESPONSABLITY; INSTEAD THEY ADMID THE MISTAKE AND SAY THAT I NEED TO TURN TO ORIGINAL SENDER = YOU; TO CLAIM THE COMPENSATION OVERT THE DELAY!!! (AND THE MONEY I LOST BECAUSE OF IT)!

THESE ARE PRODUCTS TO BE LABELLED UNDER RESELLERS OWN BRANDS =IS WHAT YOU ARE SPECIALISED ON= WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU SERIOUSLY? INSIDE SOME SAME PRODUCTS (FOR EX. TANK TOP) THERE ARE REMOVALBEL LABELS IN ONE COLOUR AND THE REST ARE WITH SOLID NYLON LABELS?!!!!
