"I placed an order in the spring with Wordans.com and returned it. I have the UPS tracking # that it was indeed returned. I have contacted the company via phone and email several times. All they will do is give me a credit good for two years. Like I would trust this company with my $200 for two years? The reason for my return is my company has been shut down due to the pandemic and I no longer need employee sweatshirts. So, now I am not only shut down for a whole year with no income, but I am out $200. All because this Wordan Company is keeping my money instead of giving m a honest refund.
