"i have ordered a few shirts (GILDANS) from this website which were fine and properly sized, however i tried the Casual Classics C101L - Ladies Polo 190gm and they were absolutely ridiculous!
the female medium size was smaller than the 11-12 yr old one i bought for my son. the large was like an xsmall and the extra large would fit a medium built woman. waste of money as i have now had to buy bigger sizes elsewhere as returning them would have been expensive.

in addition, why are the shirts posted in such unnecessarily massive boxes and not individually wrapped to keep them in shape? postage is expensive and over all a waste of money for 3 shirts that cannot now be returned without incurring further costs.
the sizes should be better described, xlarge to fit a UK 12 or medium to fit a UK 8.

my last order was also messed up Order ID W5697702 and delivered to the wrong address even though i sent an email to customer service immediately i paid. i got a response back like a month later with the rudest apology and fob off ever! "
