"Bought a product from Wordans with a free pickup in their offices in Barcelona.

Offered myself on the date and timeframe communicated to me.

Employee tells me at the door, I need to come back another time because the signature person is having a pause... Get sent back on the street as there is no opportunity to wait and get the door slammed without a better solution.

Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked.

It is a shame how low the quality of the service is, seeing the apartment office and attitude of the guy at the door, this looks like a scammy company with 0 service post-sale."

"For clarity I am referring to Wordans.ie here as I live in Ireland. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered a fairly large number of items on August 20th 2023. However when the order went through I discovered that they were charging €89.50 in delivery charges which is absolutely ridiculous.

So I asked for a refund. They said they would refund a credit note for their website which is of no use to me if they are going to be charging ridiculous prices for delivery. So I asked for a refund to my credit card. They said they would not refund my credit card but rather I would have to provide an IBAN number for the refund? This has never happened before and after talking to my credit card company they said that refunds should be sent directly to the credit card. However I got an IBAN off the credit card company and sent it to them. The said the refund had been sent to the IBAN.

It is now September and the REFUND HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED even though the time for allowing the transfer to go through has expired. I will now have to go chasing this admin stuff up AGAIN. This is atrocious and such time wasting. I will never be using Wordans again and warn any other people considering using it to avoid it at all costs.

I tried to leave a review on their website (through Trustpilot) but it seems you have to be a business to register with Trustpilot."

I been refunding them items for about 30000 SEK, they do not take responsibility in repaying me, saying they have lost the packages.
4/6 refunds have not been repaid yet, and I did return them 8-12 weeks ago.
They hardly get back to me explaining anything, no excuses etc. I have to text them every week asking about lost packages and my repayment.

This is fake or very badly handled. And I am greatly sad and upset. "
