"The company charged my card after alerting me that the item was backordered. This would not do as I needed the item and the website made no claims on the product page or order process that it was a backorder item. I canceled and ordered from someone else.

The company has failed to now refund my money after Four days and counting. I'm processing a dispute with my Credit Card company and hopefully that will get it resolved faster. This was wholly unnecessary.
