"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are crooks! Not only are their prices way above market, but the item they shipped didn't fit (didn't even come close), and then when I sent it back for a refund, I had to pay the shipping-costs out of my own pocket. (They wouldn't reimburse me, in other words, even though the shoes they sent were sized wrong.) Shop ANYWHERE but this place, as they are both unfair and unethical in their business practices. Purchase from them at your own peril, as there is a good chance you'll get ripped off."
"Placed an order on 01/28/19. Days went by and no notices, alerts, nothing. Attempts at emailing customer service via the website went unanswered. Phone calls to both phone numbers resulted in nothing but bust signals for two days. I tried FaceBook messaging and finally got a response a good while later saying their customer service dept is no longer available. While looking at complaints I found an email for someone named Terrie at the store. She finally responded by telling me she suggests I cancel my order since it is unpredictable when it will be available. I asked for my order to be canceled and I have nothing at all back from her or anyone."
"This company is terrible at any fourm of customer service, I had placed an order around August 2018 and around October I finally got fed up with only receiving automatic emails stating that my order was being processed and sent in a ticket on my order, customer service contacted me back saying it would be another 4 weeks before they received the item into stock witch is confusing on why they would be selling a product if they don't even have it on hand to ship.. But I have them the benefit of the doubt and said that would be fine but after another two months of no response from customer service and only the automatic reply's still saying my order was in process I gave up and went elsewhere. Don't trust this company to have any kind of customer service or quick shipping. You get what you pay for apparently"

"Order work shoes, was told I would get them within 7-14 days of processing. My credit card was charged the day it was to be in process and was told I would get an email with my tracking number and on the 7/28, I sent an inquiry to customer service that stated it was at manufacturers for processing. Now 8 days later after inquiry, I still yet to receive email as to where my order is. "
"I wish I'd checked their reputation before I ordered. Order in early June. An email every couple weeks since then that they didn't have the shoes, the manufacturer would ship them on July 10. No emails since then. I finally got confirmation of my request for a refund, am told it'll take a couple more days before it shows up. I'm assuming it will.
WPS is obviously living on the float; they get paid, they make excuses that the merchandise is back-ordered, live on the revenue until they absolutely have to refund it. My fear was they'd file Chapter 7 while they held my money; I couldn't get it back.
I found identical shoes for $20 less, they'll arrive tomorrow.

I feel that I should have been told this from the start and not after I had to contact customer service. I still don’t have them or any word as to when I’ll get them. Don’t think I’ll be doing business with Working Persons after this. Very dissatisfied with the service and I won’t recommend them. "
