"Ordered two items and had problems with both. One had the wrong photos advertised and I got NOT what I expected. The other arrived damaged.
Based on the website, returns are processed via the phone call - and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, i.e. there's NO possibility to make a return. Also, the refund (for the lucky ones who manage to get to the operator) is for credit only - there's NO cash-back option.
Now I'm stuck with one wrong item and one damaged item with no possibility of return/normal refund."
