"WoW does not ship orders on time nor deliver on time. The website shows items in stock and WoW claims delivery dates, but once the order is placed it is a crapshoot as to when you actually receive the product. I am now having trouble with an expensive Citizen watch that will likely need to be repaired...I am more than a little concerned that I will have nothing but trouble getting the watch replaced/repaired.

Also, I just received an order from WoW that had Jomashop on the UPS tag, so I’m guessing the same company. I can tell you that both companies do a horrible job at filling orders on time."
