"Pitiful...I placed a Christmas order in November. After the initial confirmation of my order, I never received another piece of information about it; in December when I hadn't rec'd the order OR gotten ANY communication from them about it, I called. I was told THEN that the order had been rejected. Why? I gave them my card # again and, oops, one of the numbers was transposed so it didn't work. They had expected me to be able to use ESP to know this, apparently. Two Christmas presents lost. I gave them another chance in January, thinking that they couldn't possibly screw another one up...I was wrong. I ordered 4 compression shirts and received my order confirmation, as usual. Then NOTHING again for weeks. When I checked on this one this time, it was rejected - again after the fact and with no info to me about it. I called again mid-February/1 month ago. This time the story was that there was an unpaid order from TWO YEARS ago that was stopping the order. The credit card they were trying to use had expired and instead of using the current one I had given, they tried to run it thru on an old card - again, expecting me to use my ESP to know this. SO - I gave my DEBIT card # (how can they mess this up, right?) and paid fully the OLD charge that was just sitting there for two years AND the new order I had placed in January. Because they had not notified me the order was rejected, 2 of the items I had ordered were no longer available and I had to change the order. So, two orders now paid AGAIN (~$200, give or take) and I am ASSURED this is now fixed. Guess what! It's March 14 and I've been on hold for 18 minutes because I still don't have my order and am still being told it's because of a charge from 2 years ago. Other than going directly where they are physically located and putting CASH in someone's hands, I have no other ideas, other than never use them again."
