"I ordered two t-shirts. One shipped ok. The other from the vendor was shipped to someone else and I received their order. I called World Rugby Customer Service and the gentleman who took my call was very nice and helpful. He sent me a shipping voucher to send the t-shirt I got to the other party. They were to send me my shirt. I was also to receive the shipping # they were going to use so I could track it. At this point, I'm concerned. I do not know if they've sent the item. And World Rugby can't get me a replacement Large. If it resolves ok, then great. If not, I will be very disappointed. Either way, I don't like having to spend my time figuring out a problem someone else caused for me."

"Difficult getting order to process coz you haven't set up your system to deal well with non-US orders. Doesn't recognise non-US states and forces buyer to enter name in incorrectly in 3-letter format (UK 'counties' (states) are not written in that format). Frustrating and time-consuming, especially when each time we then have to re-enter credit card into."
"I was frustrated to go to the sell items and none of them were in the size I needed. I did call customer service to see why I did not receive a notice he was very kind and let me know I misspelled my emal address. I received my order yesterday thank you. But for a mom that knows nothing about rugby it was confusing to order. I'm sure it will be better once my son is in Rugby in the spring.
