"I ordered 3 "customized" shirts on 12/16/13 in hopes that I would get it before Christmas. I understand it takes 5-7 extra days because I ordered a logo screen printed on the shirt, and not simply a blank t-shirt. (Which raises the initials questions - Is there any item people order that is not "custom"? Do people usually order blank t-shirts from world soccer shop?) I also paid extra for next business day afternoon shipping.
When I logged on to check the status of my order, the website told me that I had placed my order, and that the money I paid was received. There was no estimated arrival date, no details on the status of my order, and eventually I was routed to a page with an 800 # to find out my items would probably arrive Dec 27, 2013.
The website is not easy to navigate when shopping, current shipment details are vague and frustrating, especially when ordering a Christmas gift. I purchased 95% of Christmas gifts online this year, and will try to avoid using worldsoccer.com ever again.

"Very frustrated, will not be purchasing again from World Soccer Shop. I placed an order for a Chrostmas gift and even paid for expedited shipping as it was the 17th of December. I called multiple times as the holiday got closer and was told that "it should ship out tomorrow" several times, and was told I would receive it prior to Christmas. Now it's Christmas Eve and I was told today that it probably won't ship out until the 30th and the deadline for orders to be received by Christmas was the 14th. Why wasn't that on the website when I ordered?? Why wasn't I told this on the multiple phone calls I made to check on the status?? Very poor, WSS, I'm disappointed. "

"I do not recommend this company. It has been the most frustrating online ordering I have experienced. I had ordered from this company one other time and had no problems. But this time -- it has been a nightmare. I ordered my things on Dec 11th. All except one item was IN STOCK. Suddenly a week later, one item was not in stock. Then I received notification the remainder of my IN STOCK order was shipped (at my expense) on Dec. 18th. This morning I awoke to a new email telling me that same order will be shipped today -- again at my expense. And I don't believe it was overnighted to arrive for my son for Christmas. This was a rather large part of his gifts. I am done with this website. There are other soccer websites that are dependable, have free shipping and do not take their customer service 800 numbers off the hook! I have been trying to call for the last hour to no avail. "
