I called 12/13 because I had still not received my order. I was at that time notified that my order had been cancelled. It was cancelled because my billing and shipping address were not the same. There was zero indication on the check out page that this would cause any issue. To make matters inexcusable, there was absolutely zero communication that this problem had occurred. That is just an unacceptable business practice. I have been waiting two weeks to the date for this order and the only reason I got any type of answer is because I had to find it myself. I will not be ordering from this site again and I will be urging others to steer clear as well. It is abismal that my donations for a Christmas toy drive will be missed because of a company’s lack of technical service support. "
