And they didn't even care to write me an email before explaining the reason why and offering me a solution. "I thought I ordered an authentic customized jersey in time for Christmas, but five days after ordering was informed it would take one to two weeks longer, not including shipping time of 3-5 business days, because the authentic materials were not available for the jersey. I had to settle for replica customization so it would be on time. Personnel were kind and informative, but it still was unfortunate and a little irritating. But I want to thank the staff who have to deal with telling the customers their orders will be delayed, it's not an easy job!"
