"The sizes of the items I purchased are actually too small. Even though the measurements say one thing the actual size is too small. The order took a long time to be shipped and I was charged for shipping when I wasn't supposed to be. I called twice to have the issue corrected and both times the associates stated it was handled. On my statement it clearly shows I was charged for shipping. It was delivered in a bag and not a box. One item has a permanent indent from how it was handled through shipping, something that could've been avoided had it been placed in a box. This purchase was for Christmas and being that returns are processed at a snails pace I will wait until after the holiday to return them. Being that this website is constantly advertised on TV during soccer games I thought this was the go to place for all things soccer. This is not what I was expecting in customer service or quality of merchandise. "

"Ball was pretty much what I expected. I wanted to see team logos on the ball as it was presented as a keepsake. Size was good. It would be nice to explain ball sizes. Customer service was great! Very helpful and professional. Would use them again and refer this company.
