"I am irate from my shopping experience. World Soccer Shop advertised a grab bag for $120 dollars, which included 2 jerseys and 3 tee shirts, an offer they did before, only $20 more this time. After I had already completed my transaction, they informed me via email that they messed up on what was included in the bag, making it only two jerseys. So now, instead of getting the other half of my deal, which would be atleast $60, they give me $20 to use on their site. Complete scam on the part of this business, they should be ashamed."

When I called to ask about the extra charge, they claimed it was due to a customization on my order. However, the order total at checkout supposedly reflected that customization.
