"Returning an item to purchase something else was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It took over 3 weeks and the company can only issue a gift card, which then can be used for a new purchase. Plus, they are profiting about 200% on their shipping costs, plus the return cost.
Every time I have called, I listen to terrible, and loud, hold music with the same stupid announcement every 30 seconds telling me to hold and that the call may be "taped." Then I've waited on hold from 10 - 25 minutes. And after I've been told they would call me back...they never did."
