"I give them a huge amount of credit. I ordered an official (and expensive) soccer jersey with #8 Dempsey on it. On their website, I did not consider this a "customization", and I paid extra for overnight shipping. I ordered last Friday (June 27), hoping I'd have it in time for the last game for the US team this past Tuesday, July 1. The shirt never came, and when I checked the website it said it was in "customization". So I called them yesterday (July 3), asking if I could cancel my order. I was surprised that they canceled it without any questions asked. So I will buy jerseys and soccer balls from this merchant in the future. I am very satisfied. (although they should make more clear on the website that "overnight" and "customization" means 1-2 weeks for delivery)"
