"I placed an order on the website. International shipping. Should be easy right? I received a confirmation email saying my order was being prepared, with details regarding expected shipping date and an arrival date (which was 3 weeks later)! Could have paid higher price shipping, but happy to wait 3 weeks.

Email does thank me for my order, and it is currently being prepared but does mention a follow up email will be sent to confirm. But email has a tracking link so I use that.

After no contact I decided I should really log in to my account to see the "status" of my order. It was then that I noticed it said 'canceled' next to my order. I received no notification of this, my card has money on it, no debit has been made so I presume the order had been canceled......but not by me!

I have been emailing and obviously no response....I have had to make an international phone call to which the man cannot explain why it was canceled, didn't even offer to look into it, suggested I can try again...but can't guarantee it won't happen again, and won't even do anything for me, like process and ship quicker (as it's international shipping....they couldn't possibly cover that ;)!

Now we are at day 10, I have one very disappointed son and now we need to find some other pair in Australia as we need them within the fortnight! He had his heart set on these.......

Far out.....I hate on-line shopping and I have possibly purchased 4 things in my life on-line....I knew there was a reason why....
