"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a toner cart. on Oct 2nd and still have not received it. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I got lucky and chatted with one person online and was told it would be there on Monday the 19th. Today is the 22nd.. 20 days after I ordered, no answer, no reply, no toner. THEY ARE HORRID.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.. YOU WILL BE SORRY"
"I purchased 2 ink cartridges, one black and one color. The black did not work and was told to re-order another one which I did and had to pay again for it. I was to be reimbursed when they received the defective. Nothing yet and here it is 6/9/2009. I have called and emailed and they still haven't received it, so they say. I was told to be 'patient'. So instead of saving money it cost me and extra $30.49.
What a ripoff! "
"I was a little hesitant when I placed my order after reading the reviews online, but I placed it anyway. I ordered two ink cartridges for my lexmark printer and received an invoice shortly after. I was worried at first because I was provided with no shipping number, and contacted support through online chat.
The support was extremely friendly, and answered all my questions. Although they did not have a shipping tracking number for me, they did state they showed the order in process and that I should receive the order in a few days. Within 3 days my order was at my door and everything works fine.
So, my experience was great without any surprises. I hope your experience will be the same."
"This company is anything but world class. I ordered four toner cartridges for my commercial grade printer. My total was over $1000. They took my order and took my money from my account. A week later I called because I hadn't heard about the order and hadn't received anything from them. They told me that they didn't have two of the cartridges in my order so they were waiting for them. I didn't get any notification that these parts were not in stock. However, they were glad to take my money. I needed these toner cartridges as soon as possible and had clients waiting for this order so I could print. They sent one cartridge I needed imediately over night because I had already waited eight days. The other cartridges didn't get to them until 12 days after I placed my order. That is three days after they said they would be there. I was lucky enough to reach them the day they got there and I requested that they send those overnigt as well. By the time the other cartridges got there, I needed all of them. They said they would see what they could do and put me on hold for ten minutes until my call was disconnected. I tried calling back and nobody could be reached. I did not receive my order until 7/13/06, 15 days after my order. This compnay is very dishonest and it is usually very hard to contact anyone for help. I am not a hard customer to deal with and it takes very bad customer service to make me mad enough to write this. If I was able to contact them, I would have gotten a refund. It's fine if they don't have something in stock, but they should at least let you know before you buy or keep you posted on what is going on. "
