"I ordered a discontinued perfumed from Netstore USA that I was so excited to have found. The following day they stated that the perfume was not in stock and that in a month they would either send it to me or refund my money. Four months later - NO REFUND! NO PERFUME! I'm appalled that this has happened to so many people and they're still getting away with with."

"I ordered a book from WorldRetailStore and within 2 days my credit card was charged by Open Media Pty Ltd (though the website undertkaes not to charge until the goods are shipped). I have received no confirmation of shipment and no response to any emails. It seems clear they take payment with no intention to supply. Since they have a Sydney voicemail and alleged address I've reported this to relevant Australian authorities. "

"I am in the same boat as everyone else. Except they have now charged my credit card an additional $278.55 four months after I placed my first order for $264.96 and never received the book. Watch your statements! I have reported this to my credit card company- what else have people done? Obviously this "company" is still scamming!"

"I ordered a book via the mail using a check. My order was returned as undeliverable and fortunately I lost no money. I did however report them to www.usps.com/postalinspectors. It is a federal law enforcement agency that deals with mail fraud, online orders included. Just click on contact us and file your theft under mail fraud. You may not get your money back but at least they will be investigated and hopefully stopped. "

"I am from Switzerland, and last December 2007 I ordered 2 Bibles from World Retail Store, an edition difficult to find(Spanish/English bilingual version), and they supposely have them. They charged my VISA credit card on the 27/12/2007 with 82.00 AUD, but I have not received the books yet, nor they responded to my emails/faxes/telephone calls.
How is it possible that this website and this company still exist, being the fact that so many people already complained? "

"I ordered children's books from this company as they are out of print, and I can't get them anywhere. They duly took money from my credit card and despite sending 4 emails and phoning Australia on their voicemail number, I have heard nothing. I have now contacted my credit card company who are going to send me a form for disputes. I have also contacted google to alert them but they have not responded to me either. This company is a fraud, and I feel helpless that there is nothing I can do about them. They are clearly still out there taking money from unsuspecting people. What can we do? "
"Why does this place still have a Website? I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The only thing you get for ordering is an order number, and a prompt charge posted to your credit card from Open Media. No order or shipment confirmations, and in fact, no shipment. Also no responses to the Website email form, telephone messages, or direct emails. Not recommend! "
"Do not purchase anything from NetStore, Open Communications, Inc, Open Media, or World Retail Store. They are all owned by the same entity and I beleive that they have no merchandise to sell, but they will try to get your money. Please REPORT your loss to IC3.gov and to the FCC. "
