Also, i wasn't able to pickup my item by will call unless i contacted the seller which was a hassle. (UPS may have damaged it intentionally due to the 2 failed delivery attempts)"

When I contacted Samsung about the broken item that left their factory they gave me a total bogus response: "that is not possible we do not ship physically broken merchandise."
