Desperate, I ordered a second tallit from World of Judaica, paying for express shipping (listed as 5-9 business days.) Two days later, I decided to write World of Judaica a message stating the simcha date and pleading for the fastest service possible. "I love World of Judaica and their products and have bought from them many times before. I finally received my latest order 8 months after ordering it as half of the products went out of stock and customer service offered me alternatives during which time something else would go out of stock and I'd be offered alternatives... and then the package apparently was delivered to me on a day when I was in but I never recieved it . My best bet is that the courier couldn't work out how to use the buzzer on our building door and the package was sent back to Israel. They did send it back and I love everything I got but this was an unusually bad experience of shopping at World Of Judaica."
