"wwbroadcast had the best prices on the 'net for 3 compact lighting stands i was searching for. the order was shipped within 1 business day and the communication with regards to the order/shipping/tracking # status was prompt and accurate. the only downside to the transaction was the shipping/handling charges ($31 on a $49 order) were approximately 3x higher than other vendors, but i knew the charge before placing the order so it's not like i was uninformed. even with the high s&h the price paid still came in way below other similar sellers. overall, i was very pleased with the transaction and would definitely do business with wwbroadcast again."

After 10 days we have not received the product we ordered, nor have we received follow up to our several phone inquiries regarding the order. "Of all my experience dealing with vendors this company have to be the worst of all. Out of the 20-30 times I called customer service they picked up once. Then gave me the wrong tracking number. As of that wasn't bad enough they gave UPS the wrong street address so I had to arrange to pick up the package. "The product was exactly what I ordered, my only complaint was that it took 15 days to get here! The company was able to take my money instantly online, but it took them a week to ship the product, then they took another 8 days to deliver it! Granted, I accepted the cheapest ground option they offered, but still they charged me over $9 in S&H charges for just under $26 in product, no bulk or weight to it at all, I was beginning to think it got lost in the mail. Good thing I didn't need it in a hurry, I ordered on March 30 and it wasn't delivered until Apr 14! Count 'em: 15 full days to deliver 3 oz of stuff. Knowing what I know now, and judging from that experience, I wouldn't order from this company if time was of the essence, and I probably won't order from this company again."

The main reason is one because the price was nearly $200 cheaper then what B & H was offering. Don't get me wrong that did cause me to have some skepticism, and I showed it sending and email to their info email. I got a reply within a day from the one and only Scott Baylor. Let me tell you this guy is absolutely great, responded to my e-mails asap, I even talked to him on the phone for a good time about the Canon 7D that I wanted to purchase. BOTTOM LINE IS! "I was worried about ordering from WWB since there was very little feedback/information available on the web about them. I was purchasing a Canon XLH1a. They had the lowest price I could find. I called WWB, explained my concerns and was transferred to "Scott". His knowlege of the product was good and he was upfront about the order. He told me they did not stock the camera and that they would order it from Canon and then forward it to me. He gave me his direct number in case I had concerns. I placed my order and two days later WWB sent me a fedex tracking number. The camera arrived and was exactly as described. I would have no hesitation recommending WWB. My transaction went smoothly! "
