"I ordered wrestling shoes on the 30th of December. I payed for two day shipping. Even with the holiday it was supposed to ship Tuesday and arrive by Wednesday. When I called them to ask where my package was the manager was very very rude. Worst case of customer service ever. At minimum he should have validated my feelings but he did not he was very condescending . He had no empathy. It was not ever about 15$ it was about how he spoke to me. Saying it would arrive Friday and that it will only be a day late. I felt he did not care at all and was very rude. I did tell him that I would write a bad review on Facebook I did. He wrote back to me saying that I got my package late Thursday. I thought he was finally showing empathy so I wrote back saying I appreciate you giving and showing me empathy. It was not empathy it was a condescending attitude and he tried to bully me out of my feelings and my perception. I will never ever shop in a place like this again. On the home page it shows that they are a family run business. This all makes sense. He obviously is a spoiled entitled man who never learned how to deal with people. I only support companies who have the consumers best interest at heart. So this will be the final time I will ever order from this company. "
