Overall I was happy with the product. I have been wearing one of the bands for over 2 weeks now and it still looks the same as when I received them. Paid for 2 day delivery and the order arrived on time.

However, I made a mistake on the text I sent with my order but caught it within a minute of placing the order. I called them up immediately and notified them and I was charged a $10 fee for the mistake. I understand if a few hours or days would have passed by but I called within 5 minutes max. Left a bad taste. Can't stand greedy companies that slap on fees for every single little thing.

That being said, I needed more bracelets but I ordered from a different company. "
