"I ordered two bottles of hand sanitizer from this company. When the package arrived one of the bottles was open and empty. I contacted the company to send me another bottle or refund one bottle and they asked for a picture of the box and the bottle. I asked what in this case a picture of an empty box and a white bottle would show as proof. I asked the representative if they where calling me a liar and he said no but we need proof. I advised that the pictures would prove nothing and was ridiculous. I also advised the representative this was not a way to treat a new customer, they should just make it right. After going back and forth and wasting time i decided to disconnect and provide a review of my experience. I have never had a business assume I was lying. If something was damaged I could see wanting a picture but sending a picture of an empty bottle and a dry box was asking me to waste my time. I do not recommend this company!"

"These guys messed up a big order some years ago and I had forgotten their name. The place I usually use has gone out of business. Unfortunately, I ordered from WB.com again. They came right on time, very impressive, but they look nothing like what I ordered. The wrong font, some sickly diarrhea looking, tye dye.
These are for a kids camp and branding is key, they need to be the same but they are all different.
I contacted them and to be fair they were very quick to reply. I told them the problem and they just blamed me for not reading some teeny tiny small print that says the blended colors might bleed. I've no problem with that. I've been ordering I point out that the proof they sent me, look absolutely nothing like the bands that arrived. I offered to meet them halfway on the cost. Now they've gone silent. If they get back to me and solve the problem I will remove this review."
