"Problem #1: unlike every other website in the world your user name can't contain "." or "@". During account set up you'll type in your email address as your user name and their website will truncate out the "." and "@" characters. Months later when you return to login their website will accept the "." and "@" characters in the user name field and you won't be able to remember your stupid login name.

Problem #2: you established an account so you can manage your reservations. You finally login, to find the website is incapable of listing your reservations. You must have the confirmation number to view any single reservation. Have multiple reservations along your route? Better know all the confirmation numbers if you want to see them or modify any."
