"Wysong has recently released a new line of "grain free" foods in response to more pet owners wanting a food based on the evolution of the animal, rather than the cheap filler based foods widely available. The problem is, if you are purchasing this type of food because your cat or dog has grain allergies, the only truly grain free food out of the line of Epigen "grain free" is the venison. My cat will eat anything I have put in front of him. He would not touch this. He went so far as to refuse to eat for two days at all before he would touch this food. I emailed Wysong about this and their response was to say I could return any unopened bags minus shipping. Once I pay to return them, I'm lucky if I get half the purchase price back. First they mislead with their advertising this line as all grain free, when it's not. Then they have lousy customer service when the food isn't palatable. I will never purchase food from them again."
