"Our tutor showed up for the first session and it went well. We then scheduled five more sessions over the following two weeks. The tutoring was to prepare our granddaughter for the upcoming ACT and SAT test.
On the second session (two days after the first) the tutor was a no call/no show. I sent a text and finally got a response that an emergency had come up on the way to the session and he had no way to contact us.
He ten asked for the dates and times of the remaining sessions as he had forgot to record them. Two day s after receiving the dates he notified us that they all conflicted with his new class schedule and he needed a few days to sort things out. We ended up scheduling another session for this past Monday and agreed that we would schedule each subsequent session one at a time. Again no call/no show. I texted him as to where he was and we got another story about him not having his phone and he informed us that we should find another tutor as he just couldn't work this out.
Sad thing is we have wasted two weeks of time leading up to the tests and got absolutely nothing for it.
We may try your service one more time, but at this point our experience with your tutor was one of the least professional and disappointing we have ever had."

"My grandson has down syndrome and I don't expect him to be a rocket scientist, but I believe he will succeed in some productive form in life. Mrs. Clarisa Gardea was very patient with him. Some days were better than others, because of his disability. I look at it this way. Some education is better than nothing at all. Since he is very bright and has a good memory, I believe that some of the education that he received, he will remember. Clarisa was very thoughtful when working with him during each session.
I will give it some thought about continuing some tutoring during the winter season. But most of all, we will most likely continue his tutoring in the summer of 2016 with Clarisa and WyzAnt."
