"If was a bit frustrating at first. They should provide a list of all the information required prior to sitting their and sending the money.

I had to go back and forth for a few days until I could communicate with family to get details necessary for the transfer. When the app prompted me to the next section I required further information. Therefore, this process took longer than expected, (4 days).

After that I had to start all over but the process was easy.
