"I have been using Xoom to send funds to the Philippines. I already had a PayPal account so it fit right in. In the past I used WU to send money to Cambodia, however, WU won't allow me to use my computer so I have to go to a WU agent that is about a mile away, walking or by bus. Also my friend in the Philippines says the WU agents there often charge extra fees. This doesn't happen with Xoom. He gets the full amount sent in PHP. Some of the locations for pickup are open 24/7, very convenient not to worry about the time zone difference. All around my experience with Xoom has been excellent."
