"the gentleman whom runs this place had shorted my one and only order of two ( 2 ) items and when I inquired about the missing items I was accosted with nasty , profanity laced replies via emails .
Even though I submitted several pieces of documentation clearly showing I paid for those items , regardless if the owner insisting items were never paid for .
His ordering process is sloppy , unprofessional and web site in general is horrible and EXTREMELY out of date .
Look at the copyright date at the bottom , old dates .
Stock statuses are not current or reliable either .
And can not even spell correctly , errors through out the web site
and his other web store site .
Clear to me now , if John White is not concerned about being accurate in his spelling , then obviously not too concerned in getting orders correct .
This problem has been on going for more than year .
Now XTM-Dealer , (a.k.a. RC Lynx ) owner , John White , has embarked upon a campaign to discredit me and using slurs and slanderous statements as follow up replies to my posted reviews of XTM -Dealer .
Then John White takes on a juvenile attitude by ignoring me , my emails , snail mail and expects me to just go away .
This store seems OK.... BUT John White is not very friendly and admits he will not refund my money because of the AGGRAVATION of dealing with his obvious error .
Be aware , if you do business with this store , be prepared to be confronted with hostilities if there is a problem with your order .
This is my experience and so far , John White has proved to be the worst business owner I have ever , ever dealt with .
The more I push to get this situation resolved the more hostile he becomes .
