"On November and December 2010 I bought accessories for Xbox, my credit card was charged, but since today I get nothing. Send few emails - no response!!! This company - worst that I met. Avoid them!!!"

"I bought a controller from here and waited for a shipping update. Well 1 day passed and nothing. So I googled to see if it had any ratings. I came across this website with all these people bashing xbox4cheap and I felt really dumb for not checking them out before I purchased the controller.

So I emailed them basically asking the company not to screw me over. They responded the same day and said not to be worried, they will ship it out today. They kept responding to my emails through out the day, so I was feeling confident. Then they emailed saying the UPS truck missed the pickup, but that they would ship tomorrow and I should expect my purchase by Monday and I was thinking "I'm screwed. They'll just keep making up excuses."

So I emailed back asking to please guarantee me they will ship it the next day. No response, but I check my UPS tracking number they provided and it was on its way on overnight shipping! Arrived this morning and works great!

So from my experience, could've gone a little smoother but I was so surprised they sent it overnight everything else seems nitpicky. It was the cheapest deal on the internet, the fastest, and I was very pleased overall.

"Xbox4cheap charged my credit card yet the item has been on back order for 2 months. I tried to contact them, but the only way is by email. I tried that 3 times with no response. Finally they responded with a ship date and upgrade shipping to overnight shipping. The ship date has since passed and nothing came overnight. I emailed again and I have not got a response. DO NOT, DO NOT, ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!!!!"

"My son ordered an XBox and an extra controller from
this "company". After several weeks the Xbox arrived. The "New" controller we ordered has never arrived (nearly 4 months). I have sent repeated emails and received one lame response about bad weather and another saying to look for it in a week. The person attached the original tracking number which was meaningless. They have since stopped responding altogether

I hope the other user has gotten some help from the Houston authorities.

"I ordered an xbox pro Dec 02,2010 which was supposed to be in stock. It is now December 13th and I have sent repeated request for an uodate on my order. Today I sent an e-mail advising that if there were no response I would contact Visa to recover my money. They have already taken the money for the order and now advise me the item is on backorder. Unlike most REPUTABLE Companies that bill when product is ready to ship STAY AWAY!!!!
Finally received refurbished xbox (paid for New), sent it back and was tols they would send me the New one I paid for. Instead they sent another refurbished xbox. Now they won't respond."

"BEWARE!!! I ordered an XBox360 from this "company." After about 20 emails from me asking for a shipping number..... something... I received an email with a UPS tracking number. It still to this date has never been shipped. I contacted UPS and Visa (used my Visa card to purchase.) I obtained the owners name as Adam DeMoss from Houston TX. Left several messages to his "cell phone." Finally did my own search via white pages. Got his mother - told her the situation. She had him call me, but of course he pretended like he knew nothing. I have filed a report with the Houston PD. I have filed a fraud charge with Visa. And, I am considering going after him in civil court. FYI.... fraud of eletronic funds is a felony. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!"

"Ordered an Xbox 360 Pro on August 11th. It's now August 31st - still no shipping notification.

Wasn't informed of being on backorder at the time of purchase; slow customer service response time in addition to the indefinite shipping time.
