"I paid for points at 7:30 this morning. I still have not received them and I sent them a concerned email a couple hours ago with no luck of a reply. It's almost 11 hours and I believe its a 12 hour guaranteed. So hopefully ill get them within the hour. If they really want 100% customer satisfaction they really need a better support team. If I don't receive my points by 7:30 PM then ill never use this site again.
