"I own a 2001 BMW 740iL. It’s now a classic. It’s the model used in the James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies. One of my Xenon lights went out (bad ballast) and I stumbled across this company researching the net. I called the customer service to make sure their setup would work on my car, and the guy was very knowledgeable and answered all my detailed questions. I ordered the 55watt setup for both sides driver and passenger. It literally took me 20 mins to hook it up. Everything was high quality and packaged just like you bought a new Apple iPhone.
Don’t second guess your purchase form these folks. It’s an extremely good experience.

"Purchased the 55w H11 hid kit from the website, and afterwards questioned if the wattage was too high. I did not want to melt wiring or headlight housings in my car. After talking to customer service they assured me that this would not happen and that the 55w hid system in fact runs cooler then my factory 55w halogen. Product arrived in a timely fashion and everything was in the package in working order. The only complaint I had was the packaging. I don’t know if the set of hid’s I got was previously purchased and the returned but it was package really sloppy Not a huge deals since everything works. Definitely overall great purchase and customer care!&

"I love my blue lights and installed the purple on my wife's matching Subaru and she is also ecstatic. The color is bright and top-of-the-line for the technology. Good to know these can also be converted to White with existing housing.

"I place the order based upon good information on the website. I also like the fact that they had a lifetime warranty and replacement on their parts. I place the order and received my kit very quickly. Packaged very well! Had a slight issue with one of the bulbs. I sent an email late one night in before I close my eyes I had a response stating that they would replace it. Best service ever! "During my installation process I happened to break a lens in which, I reached out to their customer service on their main website. After debating whether or not they would respond (or if I was even talking to a REAL person) I received an instant message and within minutes they had a new order of lenses shipped to my location. Now although I accidentally received a different color of lenses, I reached back out and explained my situation and they happily sent me a matching pair of lenses.

This company actually cares. I would recumbent them to any body who is considering new headlights. "

"I found XenonPro.com through a pretty extensive research on the best LEDs for my F-150. They were ranked #1 on almost every site I visited. They were on the more expensive side compared to other brands but I personally prefer to buy quality goods - you get what you pay for as they say. I read one too many reviews about amazon LEDs lasting just a few weeks or months - no thanks.

Overall, I am very impressed and pleased with the lights. It's night and day compared to halogens. They also arrived in just two days which was a nice surprise. I've ordered some for my wife's minivan because the lights on that thing are absolutely trash.

Another thing that really impressed me is that the company called me before shipping my order to confirm some details which I highly appreciated because otherwise I would have gotten the wrong products (my truck sports aftermarket headlights and have different bulbs than the factory lights, who would have known?) and as it turns out, not the preferred technology. The gentleman on the phone (Christopher or Roger?) explained to me that HIDs would be better for my truck seeing that I had projector-style headlights. He even pointed me to detailed installation instructions which made it a breeze.

Offered to send pictures to show the difference between h7 and what they sent Dale said no need. You can not get anyone on the phone any problem with this product will have to be dealt with over a chat. Conveniently they have someone to call for sales though. Company is a scam do not order."
