"I bought a pair of HFS to try when Xero had them on sale recently. They shipped out quickly and I received them without issue.

The fit of the shoes was a bit wonky, they were loose/bulky around my midfoot and tightening them didnt help. I contacted Xero by email and asked about returning them. I was told:
"Your refund will be for the purchase price of the shoes"
The shoes were received by Xero on July 12.
I emailed on July 23rd because I had not received any communication OR refund from Xero about my return.
THREE days later I finally get a response stating they "went ahead and processed my return"
I checked my CC and I was refunded $54.80 on a $70.18 order -- that was $4.99 shipping.
At that point I tried to call Xero and got a msg they they werent currently taking calls because they had a sale [WTF??]
So I again emailed trying to find out what was going on, waited another 24+ hours for a response, and was finally credited another $9.99
They never fully credited me the "purchase price of the shoes" as they literally kept the TAX on the shipping cost.
I've NEVER seen a cheaper company with such slow and terrible customer service.
Will NEVER buy from Xero again."
