"I ordered a clock online at XOMart because the price seemed good. I received a confirmation in my e-mail and a payment accepted e-mail from them, but when I tried to see the status of my order in the "Guest" tracking said it had been converted to an account. I checked the account I opened after I ordered, but they said I had no orders. Then, I tried sending XOMart an message on their site, and received a return e-mail saying they would answer me shortly. That was several days ago and still no answer. I called the number they show online, but it just rings about 10 times before a recorded message tell you to leave your message and your call will be returned shortly. Don't know what their definition of "shortly" is but it's been several days an no call back.I tried to stop payment on my credit card, but the cc company said that they were trying to contact XOMart as the payment was on hold for some reason they couldn't tell me. They were waiting for a response from XOMart also. Don't waste your time with them would be my best advice."
