"I ordered a Pioneer DEH 1600 on Monday, May 3 at 9:30 AM. I needed the unit by the weekend and the website indicated that they did next day shipping if the credit info was in order. The charge was posted to my card that day. After repeatedly checking the order status on there site, I called customer support on May 6 and asked if the unit had shipped. The person on the other end said no, so I had him cancel the order which he said he would do. I followed up with an email cancelling the order. I purchased the unit locally at Best Buy for $6 more and had it installed by the next day. On May 7, I got an email that they had shipped. Since then, I have called their support number at least 30 times over a three day period and there was no answer. Several emails have been sent, all unanswered. I refused the order when UPS delivered, without an RMA. It is difficult to get an RMA when they don't respond. Now I see from the UPS tracking number that they have also refused the delivery, probably because of no RMA. I have put the credit charge into dispute and will now let it play out."
"I ordered a Pyle car stereo from Xocute on April 13th, 2004. Here it is May 10th, 2004 and I have yet to recieve the item. My e-mails to the company have yet to be replied to and the two phone numbers they provide just continue to ring. I would have to rate this purchasing experience as very poor, or non-existent."
