"Previous Asus Laptop owner and converted over to an MSI laptop (GT70) and that MSI laptop did not disappoint. Looking for MSI brand again and XOTIC PC was exactly what I was looking for, a way to configure the laptop to my expectations. Not a prebuilt machine. Filters on website made navigating website easily and the configuration options where easy to understand. What was best is that the price match was better than i expected. Similar configurations would cost much much more on a different Brand or from a different website. I would definitely recommend XOTIC to anyone who is serious about their gaming machines!"

"I purchased a Sager laptop through XoticPC, had them upgrade/overclock it and completely clean the system with optimizations . What I received was a brick. It turned on fine until I plugged a monitor into the port and then it wouldn't work right. I restarted the laptop and I would get the Sager logo and then it shuts down. Less than 24 hours and it's DOA. I try to contact XoticPC and apparently they are a M-F 9-5:30 internet company. I have been waiting for a couple weeks for an RMA and my money back. They can't take it back because they have to go through Sager to get an RMA. Why they can't give me my money back and deal with Sager themselves is beyond me. They took my money, but I have to wait for another company to get it back. I can't afford to have $2k floating around since I had to go buy a better laptop from a local company during their Black Friday all November sale."

"This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. They do not uphold their warranty agreement and have to send the machine out back to the manufacture to have the repairs done. I thought they would do the work themselves but I have on two occasions had to send my computer out for repairs while under warranty which took months and still have to pay for the repairs. This is such a scam its pathetic. If you plan on buying form them, beware. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I am highly disappointed and wish I never spent such a large amount of money on a product that I thought was going to be 1, better quality and 2, have better service. Horrible horrible company.
