"I actually was on Amazon and saw that you were selling a 64Gb 1 TB SSD MSI Modern 15. I saw that you were the sellers so I decided to check the website out.

The website is easy to use, and fun! Watching your pc and cart picking items to put on it is a blast!

I was afraid of the turnaround time with backorders and out of stock parts, so I used the chat feature and talked to the reps there, they let me know that the first PC I was looking at was out of stock, so I went with my second choice. I like how easy and available people were to talk to! Everything they said as far as availability and turnaround time was accurate.

You have an amazing tracking feature, where I can see the PC go through the process, and know that you haven't lost it somewhere. The turnaround time was amazing as well, it's been 2 days and it's out the door. Can't wait to get the laptop.

"Ordered 2 laptops on 11-12-20. Selection and checkout process are enjoyable and easy, my only complaint is that the items i ordered showed in stock, and when i called to confirm my fast build option that i paid for, i was informed that they would not even be at xotic pc for my upgrades until 11-17-20. "Bummer"... i will say, i had a VERY pleasant experience with the gentleman i spoke to on the phone, who did try to solve my issue, and even offered me a refund on my rush build, to which i declined, due to deciding to just give them those extra few days. So overall pleasant experience, i wish they would implement a bit more transparency in their stock availability, and perhaps contact the customer immediately upon noticing the items not in stock, they could have maybe gave me so im stock options and who knows maybe could have upsold me on something nicer. Will give review on pcs and date of arrival when applicable.
