"Just ordered my third custom laptop from XoticPC. MY first is 7 years old and still runs every game out there but is starting to lag a bit behind in fps in some games. 2nd is 6 years old and used for work running a powerful design program. It was time to upgrade the gaming laptop so of course I came right to XoticPC to build my beast. I did check some of the other sites but none had the same options and price. Not even close!!!!!! The customer service team has emailed me 3 times since my order letting me know whats going on and its only been 2 days since order. Can't ask for any better service or company."

The customer service was spot on and very timely . The shipping takes 10 to 15 days for custom pcs on top of a 7 day shipping but you could also get it sooner. "This is the third computer I've purchased through Xotic and I would gladly do it again. Their customer service is fantastic, prices are very reasonable, if not better than their competitors, and their custom machine building UI is really easy to use and I haven't noticed anything buggy about it where it forgets your choices if you switch screens (experienced on other sites).
They have a great selection of parts and services to choose from; the only thing that could improve the experience at all would be to offer slightly more information if you hover over a particular part, but it's easy enough to do a Google search to find out the difference between certain parts. Overall a great experience and I get exactly what I was looking for."
