"I've been building and testing networks and applications (including web apps, cloud services) for almost 30 years. Your process for the cash discount is among the worst I've ever seen. Observations:

* When I checked out, it was not clear what to choose. "check" sounded like a paper check via snail mail....so I selected Bank Deposit. It was also not clear what that meant.
* I didn't see anything anywhere that told me that XOTICPC would review the order during regular business hours and then contact me for the payment. When nothing occurred after I ordered, I found this information in a support forum. I would submit that this information should be plainly stated on the checkout page.
* Why not via Zelle? Zelle is a method of cash transfer built and maintained by the big banks and thus guaranteed to be 100% secure. The cost is $0. Wiring money costs me as I am charged by the bank. I will get them to refund that to me but most won't be able to do that.
* Why not via e-check? I am unsure if this costs you as well. That may be why. If not, it should be an option.
* The Beneficiary line in the email which has the Bank Deposit information includes an ampersand (&). This is a "special character" and makes the Beneficiary invalid. I removed it and it went through but many users won't be able to figure that out.
* Recommend you include the Order number in the email which has the Bank Deposit information. Because it is not in that email, the user is put in the position of finding the previous email which has the Order number.....to get that into the Description for the wire transfer.

In short, the average user will have a lot of difficulty getting the Bank Deposit to work and give up. This most likely costs you in Support ticks.
On the up side I thought the UI for picking options and then reviewing it was quite good and intuitive. The website gives the feeling that XOTICPC knows what they're doing and I will end up with a machine that is carefully built, verified, and tested before it reaches me.
