"I had ordered a Steel Chieftec Dragon Case with Window, in blue, from Xoxide.com; I should have went with aluminum, but was my fault. I got a heck of a deal as these were on sale for $50.

My shipment arrived with a scratch on the case door, the packing material was damaged, and the inside of the acrylic window looked like there were 3 huge key gashings on the inside of it.

I emailed xoxide, and within 4 days, they were so genuine and sent replacement case doors out. There were still scratches on the inside of the case, but it turned out to be a defect in the acrylic mold, but they still paid for me to ship my old case doors out to them.

They didn't complain one bit to the fact that it took me nearly 4 weeks to ship it out due to having no license, and no way to get a delivery pickup, (thank god I was able to flag down a UPS guy driving down the road).

All I can say, is this company isn't afraid to spend a few bucks to make my life a bit easier. They may be annoyed with me, but I am sorry for my ignorance. They are really top-notch.

I would definantly recommend them.

I recently built a ground up system using a Soyo Dragon V2.0, Xoxide acrylic blue case, five hard drives, and three CD/DVD drives. I sat down with the case and it took me about 5 hours to build the new case, take everything out of the old case and transfer it to the new.

I was very very pleased in that all the necessary hardware was included with the case - I did not need to get up and make trips to the hardware store to get supplies.
