"Based on their high score on resellerratings.com I decided to purchase from this company.

I wound up encountering problems that a number of others have:

1. COMMUNICATION: It was difficult to get ahold of someone from this company, via phone or email. Their phone number would either just ring and ring, or go straight to a voicemail.

The companies operating hours are few and far between it seems, 12-6 Mon-Fri. But, I did order right before the Thanksgiving holiday, and that added to the frustration in trying to get ahold of someone. After that weekend I did start receiving responses from my emails.

2. TRACKING: I received a tracking # and was never able to track my package. The site their link brought me too didn't have any information on the package #. I wound up receiving my package though, so I was happy there.

3. OUT OF STOCK: The case I ordered wound up being out of stock, but their website didn't reflect that when I ordered, and my card was charged the full amount. They had the case in silver, but not in the black that I wanted. And the ETA on the black case wound up being 3 months away! I cancelled the case and they shipped the rest of the items for me. But, they were unable to refund the shipping portion from my order for the case. They offered me a free cold cathode on my next order.

4. CONCLUSION: All-in-all it wound up turning out better than I thought it was going to (after I saw the out of stock go up on their site, after my order was placed, and before I had receiving any response from them). But, I was disappointed because I had expected better communication and service from a company with such a high resellerrating.com score."

"I'm fairly happy with Xoxide. They usually have what I want in stock. The prices are lower than most places or at least on par with their competitors. They used to have a great sale every Sunday called X Hour which they recently did away with in favor of a new special sale called Operation X that is just once a month. Frankly, I prefer the X Hour sale. It was easier to find the product that was on sale, but now it's like an Easter egg hunt.
