"First off.....the only positive here are the people that answer the phones. They are polite and helpful. They speak English well also which is a plus.
HOWEVER: Xplornet is very expensive, internet fails near daily. It is ultra slow. They do not inform you of their policies and terms while asking questions rather they are vague and dismissive. They extort money for hardware that is returned. They are threatening when dealing with conflict resolution rather than a proactive stance.
