"Ordered 3 custom laser-etched windows over 2 months ago. Was given the run-around for 5 weeks -- "there was a mixup", "our email was broken", "the windows will be shipped tomorrow", blah, blah, blah. Well they never arrived and xport1 has ignored all my correspondences for the last month. And now their website is "under construction". I think I've been taken. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Since I thought I would never receive the windows, I sent the exact same image files to another company:

I received my windows from them within a week.
To my surprise, the windows ffrom xport1 finally arrived...over 3 months since the original order was placed! I compared the quality of the windows and the ones from koolpcmods had much better detail. So if you're in the market for some etched windows, I highly recommend koolpcmods!
