"I was happy that the delivery was much sooner than expected, but of course they smell like chemicals and I have to air them out about a month and wash several times before I can put them in my kitchen. Even then,
the smell lingers.

"To date, I have not received my whole order, although I have been charged back on 02/09/14. I still have not received the 2, 3 x 5 waterhog classic mats in medium blue. (I received the rubber mat only).

I have not heard back from my email inquiry, and I just called the ***-***-**** number to find out your name is now "Smartsign", and you do not have business hours on Saturday. Very frustrated---and at this point, I can not recommend your company.

Please locate the balance of my order, or credit back $ 149.00 asap.
