The first time I received a proof it was completely inaccurate to what I submitted (color wise) and I was told to match the color it would be an additional $400. So I submitted black and white artwork in which I constantly received reminders that I would receive the proof between 24-48 hours and did not receive it until 5 days later. I called to explain to their customer service that I was ordering because of the time in which they promised to deliver on their website. The representatives explained that they could do nothing about it and encouraged me to cancel. Eventually I canceled the order."
